B. VA21-00015: Kyle Hause, 2202 E Pembroke Ave, LRSN 12006370, to request a variance to allow for the reduction of the 30’ required side yard setback to 23.26’ to allow for the construction of a new single family residence. C. VA21-00016: Admiral Signworks Corp, 2866 Kilgore Ave, LRSN 13004286, to request a variance to increase the permitted sign area for a wall sign on an existing building from 15 square feet to 22.5 square feet.
