VA22-00028: Mottley Homes, Inc., 800 Westwood Ave, LRSN 1001801: Request for a variance to reduce the required side yard setback on a corner lot from 15 feet to 5 feet to construct a new single-family home. c. VA22-00029: R. A. Sherman Inc., 240 Hall Rd, LRSN 1000681: Request for a variance to amend the conditions of a previously approved variance, VA20-00024, which conditioned a site plan in substantial conformance to the submitted site development plan. The request would allow for the construction of a residence with a different design. d. VA22-00030: R. A. Sherman Inc., 240 Hall Rd, LRSN 1000681: Request for a variance to amend the conditions of a previously approved variance, VA20-00023, which conditioned a site plan in substantial conformance to the submitted site development plan. The request would allow for the construction of a residence with a different design. e. VA22-00031: Monte Kuligowski, 534 Elizabeth Dr, LRSN 1101574: Request for a variance to reduce the required setback for driveways within the front yard from the side property line from 3 feet to 0 feet.
