Public hearing items a) VA23-00014: Santos A. Argueta, 26 Old Fox Hill Rd, LRSN 8002311: A request for a variance to reduce the required side yard setback on a corner lot from 15 feet to 14.4 feet in order to bring an existing newly constructed single-family residence into compliance. b) EX23-00004: Jay C & Kourtney H Grant, 145 Wind Mill Point Rd, LRSN 10000549: A request for a Chesapeake Bay Exception to permit 6,949 square feet of fill and 3,080 square feet of impervious surface in the Resource Protection Area (RPA), 2,904 square feet of the proposed impervious surface is within the seaward 50-foot portion of the RPA buffer or within the RPA wetlands. Approximately 682.7 square feet of the proposed impervious surface is within the RPA wetlands. The request if approved would permit the construction of a new elevated single-family dwelling. IV.
