Meeting Minutes
June 24, 2020
Opening
The post election meeting of the Hampton Electoral Board was called to order at 12:17
p.m.
Present
Chairman Fred Everett, Vice Chairmen Carter Phillips, Secretary Margaret Wilson,
Registrar Tara Morgan.
Open Issues
The Board reviewed and approved Provisionals from election and confirmed the ballots
from the machine.
The training dates were confirmed.
The Board discussed the meeting with the City Manager, Mary Bunting. The Absentee
Precinct was approved. In addition, the budget was discussed using the CARES ACT
money.
Signs for the Absentee Precinct and the Pinewood Plaza locations were discussed.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
