Hampton Election Canvass and Provisional Meeting June 17, 2025 7:00 p.m., Registrar’s Office Minutes Approved at the 07.16.25 EB meeting Present: Rebecca, Tom, Tara, Matt Meeting called to order 7:00 p.m. Meeting began with board examining election documents being brought back by precinct chiefs and assistants. Documents were examined for signatures and completeness. Meeting was at-ease at 10:30 p.m. when all precincts were returned. Meeting re-convened at 1:55 p.m. on 6/18/25 One voter came in to discuss her provisional ballot. That ballot was accepted as valid. The DS-200 print-outs were examined and compared with the information put into the computer. We reviewed the duties of the Electoral Board. We reviewed the policies and time-line of Canvass. Meeting at ease 4:10 p.m. Meeting reconvened at 9:09 a.m. on 6/23/25 Present were Rebecca, Tom, Tara, Matt, and Democratic party representative Jim Avery Provisional Ballots were reviewed.
