Call to Order and Approval of Minutes: The meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM. A motion was made by Mr. Wilson to approve the March 22, 2022 meeting minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lang and passed unanimously. Director’s Report: Ms. Vander Vennet reported the 4 events held February 25 – March 18, 2022 (Eric Church, PBR, Maxwell and Tame Impala) were all sell-outs and gave an overview of events scheduled through June 2022. A discussion pursued on the current status of touring artists and thoughts on when artists would return to a regular touring schedule. An update was provided on the Exterior Concourse Waterproofing project, which was awarded to Eastern Waterproofing and Roofing.
