Hampton Coliseum Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes November 28, 2023 12:00 P.M. Attending: Lynne Hutton Matt Joyner Ryan Lowrie Joyce Melvin-Jones Woody Newman, Chair Samantha Snead Andrew Wilson Bob Boester, Emeritus Patricia Melochick, Legal Charles Gardner Terri Vander Vennet Absent: Visitors: Linda Curtis Asa Jenrette Ben Naidorf, Legal Call to Order and Approval of Minutes: The meeting was called to order at 12:04 P.M. A motion was made by Ms. Hutton to approve the September 26, 2023 meeting minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Melvin-Jones and passed unanimously. Chair Report: No Report Director Report: Ms. Vander Vennet reviewed past and upcoming events for the Coliseum. A discussion was led regarding candidates for upcoming empty seats. Ms. Vander Vennet to send applications to committee members. At the conclusion of business, committee members enjoyed a demonstration of the new scoreboard capabilities. Other Business: Branding update. Licensing agreement is with the attorney’s for final revision. New Business: Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 12:57 P.M.
