Program moves or changes are completed during the summer months, as well. Our last SEAC meeting for the year was a great success. We opened our doors at the Franklin St. location to community partners and vendors so that our families of students with disabilities could talk directly with those service providers and agency representatives. While this is an annual event, we believe this may have our biggest turnout ever for this event. Thanks go out to our SEAC leaders and Rita White, Transition Specialist, for making the Faire such an incredible experience. The last hand on workshop for parents was held Wednesday, May 11th, at Tarrant Elementary School. Plans for repeating this activity for next year are already underway. Our last quarterly parent training session for this year will be on May 17th, 2016, Tuesday morning from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm, at the Ruppert Sargent Building at 1 Franklin St. Our topic will be planning for summer.
