CAPI Committee Meeting Results September 22, 2016 – Community Development Conference Room- 5:00 PM Present: David Duxbury - District 1 Neighborhood Commissioner Fred Everette – District 5 Neighborhood Commissioner Henry Mills – At-Large Business Commissioner Jasmine Bryson - Neighborhood Development Associate Absent: Lynn Allsbrook – Public Works Department Steve Edwards Chair – Faith Based Commissioner “Chuck” McEachin – District 2 Neighborhood Commissioner Peggy Todd – At-Large Realtor Commissioner Pat Parker – Volunteer Boris Peyton – Volunteer Visitor: None UPDATES:  Home Repair Blitz – Jasmine provided the following:  The scope of the event will be on a smaller scale and focus on helping Langley Elementary do some needed improvement.  We are still working getting more volunteers and please spread the word. CAP GRANT APPLICATION REVIEW – Staff provided the revised copy of the application, which the amendments the committee requested at the August meeting.  CAPI approved the final draft of the application GRANT REVIEW SCORE SHEET – To be used when evaluating grants  CAPI approved the final draft of the score sheet The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday Oct. 27th @ 5 pm Agenda TBD Minutes by: Jasmine Bryson Page 1 of 1
