I. Approval of Agenda The agenda was distributed and unanimously approved. II. Review of Previous Minutes The minutes will be distributed electronically for review and approval. III. Consideration of Open Issues 1. Chair Remarks – Barbara Franklin  Hampton Home Repair Blitz – Rescheduled Nov. 5  Hampton Home Repair Blitz - Spread the Word 2. Meet and Greet –  Date and Time – November 14, 2016 5pm to 6:30pm  Location – District One - George P. Phenix School, small cafeteria, awaiting approval acknowledgement  Walk through - Barbara and Marcie – Oct. 2016  Acknowledge – new RNSO’s, District One – 2 Proclamations  Barbara – Rental Application, and made contacted David Duxberry 3. Identify Priority Projects  Awareness of Neighborhood Commission and its benefits  RNSO’s  Hampton.gov/neighborhoodcommission - Website Update  Meet and Greet  You Make a Difference 4. Hampton Registered Neighborhood-Serving Organizations – Page 1 of 2   Suggested to schedule a review RNSO – more business friendly, more inclusive, purpose of RNSO, benefits,  Suggested to create template, acknowledgement letter, and mail acknowledgement letters - new RNSO’s  Suggested goal – 20 RNSO minimum, annually  Suggested question added to RNSO form – How did you hear about us?  Suggested acknowledgement to Neighborhood Commissioners for RNSO’s Reviewed and will be distributed electronically for review and approval  Stop and Pop Youth Charities, INC  Empowered Believers Christian Learning Center Inc. (EBCLC) IV.
