Yvonne Gaynor – waiting on confirmation of resignation from Joy ii. Jeanette Augustine – received resignation email 6/18/22, asked her to forward to Joy as official notice b. Listing of board member term dates i. Gywnn 2nd term ends December – ineligible for reappointment until after one year ii. Martha Clark who is completing 1st term and will be eligible for reappointment to 2nd term – still needs to be done) c. Waiting to hear from Joy on board applicants 3. Subcommittee Update a. Mayor’s Town Hall (waiting to see when they want to schedule, whether it will be annually or semi-annually, time, site, guest panel) b. Annual awards event (waiting to see if Covid will impact scheduling. Still need site, theme, catering options, guest speaker, nomination applications, publicity, award options, entertainment, swag items) c. Presentations to senior living facility managers and residents (what to present, when, where, who) d. Speaker’s Bureau (updating list) e. Hospitality (welcome bags to be assembled with swag items, rack cards produced, Hampton specific info for seniors, maybe include info on becoming a SCAC board member) f.
