Jim W. will try to locate a reasonable firm. Jim W. met with the City Manager and Assistant City Manager to talk about the poor drainage in front of the old Concession area. Public Works has agreed to do the work and the City Manager agreed to pay for the new gates in the parking lots to eliminate vehicles hanging out in the parking areas after hours. The idea of large concrete balls on movable foundations was suggested and Randy suggested that whatever was decided upon should be approved by the Fire Department first. The City Manager also agreed to pay for the Lightning Protection. Henry has a few items that still need to be completed: 1- War Memorial sign on the Street side facing Pembroke Ave is not timed correctly to come on 2- There’s still some equipment in the elevator that needs to be removed by Otis Elevator Company. 3- Straightening up of a few items Security cameras are working great and have been helpful several times already capturing unwanted solicitors. Padding for the fence top and rails have been received and are ready to be installed. Community Baseball will be purchasing 1 freezer and 1 refrigerator. It was decided that more serving and prep space was needed. They added more tables. Henry talked about how successful the Baseball season was this year even during the Pandemic. They have worked very hard coming up with other ways to use the new facility, one being hosting other leagues from out of the area which created overnight stays and opportunities for the City Hotels. Framework and netting for the downstairs of the new Pavilion Building will be the next project to complete. The PSA will be looking into the cost of an overhang to go on the new Concessions area as a safety precaution from flying baseballs. The Dedication of the new Building will be sometime in March 2021. In our December meeting, we will create subcommittee groups to work on these areas:  History of the Stadium  Batters Eye  Capital Improvement for the Stadium Mayor Tuck invited Henry and PSA members to attend the City Council meeting on November 12th at 1:00 pm to update the Council members of the success of the Stadium and to talk about the need for more open Baseball Fields in the City of Hampton. Jim W. will be there on behalf of the PSA along with any other members that will be attending. New Business: Randy asked about having the clock on the score board fixed. Henry said he will fix it for Christmas! Meeting was adjourned by Jim W. Next meeting will be Monday, December 7th.
