The following public hearing items will be considered: Joint Permit Application 2017-0458: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, 37 Sweeney Blvd, a wetlands permit to impact approximately 348,213 square feet of tidal wetlands as part of Phase 1 of the Clear Zone Drainage project and Bird Air Strike Hazard plan. The application may be examined in the Development Services Center, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, Virginia.
