APPROVED. Public Hearings Joint Permit Application 2018-1077: Georgetown Condominiums, 501 Bridge St., a wetlands permit to fill 700 square of tidal wetlands for a proposed rip-rap revetment for purposes of erosion control along the Hampton River. APPROVED with conditions. Permit Extension Joint Permit Application 2017-0458: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, request for 1-year extension of permit for the Clear Zone Drainage Project. APPROVED. The following public hearing items will be considered: Joint Permit Application 2018-1077: Georgetown Condominiums, 501 Bridge Street, a wetlands permit for a proposed rip-rap revetment along the Hampton River for purposes of erosion control. This case was deferred at the October 23, 2018 meeting. The application may be examined in the Development Services Center, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, Virginia.
