Call Meeting to Order Meeting back in session at 8:36 a.m. 2. Overview Day's Work / Progress Tyler StClair, facilitator, reviewed the goals for the day. 3. Review / Finalize Council Vision Ms. StClair, reviewed the amendments to the vision that was done the day before. 4. Identify 3-year Strategic Priorities Council Members were given an assignment to individually create the 3-year Priorities for staff based on the amended City Council vision. Ms. StClair led Council to review as a group the individual 3-year Priorities and then as a group combined the individual priorities to create a unified 3-year Priorities list for staff. 5. Working Issues / Strategic Discussion 6. Develop Plan to Follow Up on Vision and Strategic Priorities 7. Identify Next Steps Ms. StClair reviewed the next steps and discussion took place about this retreat. 8.
