FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE October 10, 2023 6:50pm PRESENT: Chairperson Rusniak, Members Regan, Kohler, and Savage ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford City Hall, 109 North Main Street. Roll Call – All members were present. Public Comment Period – None. Discussion and consideration of approving an amended Class A liquor license for J&M, LTD (West Side Mart) due to a change in registered agent.– J&M LTD (West Side Mart) has a Class A Liquor License and paperwork has been submitted showing the agent change from John H. Kruepke to Mandeep Dran so this will allow an amended license to be issued. Chairperson Rusniak asked if there were any questions or comments and there were none. MOTION by Alderperson Kohler, seconded by Alderperson Regan approving the amended Class A liquor license for J&M, LTD (West Side Mart). MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
