PRESENT: Chairperson Rusniak, Members Fulop, Kohler, and Regan
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert and City Clerk Shanna Kreilkamp
Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford
City Hall, 109 North Main Street.
Roll Call – All members were present except Alderperson Savage who was absent and excused.
Public Comment Period – None.
Discussion and consideration of approving a Class B Intoxicating Liquor License to Pearl of Canton, LLC # 2 at 46 E. Jackson
St.– City Clerk Kreilkamp said there has been no concerns with this application for obtaining the Class B Liquor License.
Chairperson Rusniak asked if there were any questions or comments and there were none.
MOTION by Alderperson Kohler, seconded by Alderperson Fulop to approve the Class B Intoxicating Liquor License to Pearl
of Canton, LLC # 2 at 46 E. Jackson St.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Adjournment – MOTION by Alderperson Fulop, seconded by Alderperson Kohler for adjournment at 6:52 p.m.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
