FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE March 12, 2024 6:55pm PRESENT: Chairperson Rusniak, Members Fulop, Kohler, and Savage ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert and City Clerk Shanna Kreilkamp Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford City Hall, 109 North Main Street. Roll Call – All members were present. Public Comment Period – None. Discussion and consideration of approving a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for RRR Liquor, Inc.– City Clerk Kreilkamp said there has been no concerns with this application for obtaining a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License. Chairperson Rusniak asked if there were any questions or comments and there were none. MOTION by Alderperson Savage, seconded by Alderperson Kohler to approve a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for RRR Liquor, Inc. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Discussion and consideration of approving a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for Naturally Inspired CBD, LLC.– City Clerk Kreilkamp said there has been no concerns with this application for obtaining a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License. Chairperson Rusniak asked if there were any questions or comments and there were none. MOTION by Alderperson Kohler, seconded by Alderperson Savage to approve a Cigarette, Tobacco, and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for Naturally Inspired CBD, LLC. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Adjournment – MOTION by Alderperson Savage, seconded by Alderperson Kohler for adjournment at 6:56 p.m. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
