September 10, 2024

PRESENT: Chairperson Rusniak, Members Fulop and Regan. Members Webb and Kohler were absent and excused.
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert and City Clerk Shanna Kreilkamp
Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford
City Hall, 109 North Main Street.
Public Comment Period – None.
Discussion and consideration of approving the HADC Office Lease for office L21 in the lower level of City Hall.- City
Administrator Steve Volkert stated that approving this lease with the HADC will help build the partnership with the City
for the betterment of the community.
MOTION by Alderperson Fulop, seconded by Alderperson Regan to approve the HADC Office Lease for office L21 in the
lower level of City Hall.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Discussion and consideration of approval of the Full-Service Retail Outlet application for Aspen Sky.– City Clerk Shanna
Kreilkamp stated that this application is similar to a Temporary Class B Retail License (Picnic License) She mentioned that
the State has adopted new alcohol provisions in Chapter 125 to become effective over the next two years. One change
now is to allow full-service retail outlets for Breweries, Wineries, and Distillers. City Attorney Ian Prust is in the process of
updating the Municipal Code to reflect these provisions implemented by the State.
MOTION by Alderperson Regan, seconded by Alderperson Fulop to approve the Full-Service Retail Outlet application for
Aspen Sky.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Adjournment – MOTION by Alderperson Fulop, seconded by Alderperson Regan for adjournment at 6:50 p.m.
