Ordinances and Resolutions for the City of Harvey: Ordinance # 3385 – An ordinance for the amendment to the current existing Cal Sag Enterprise Zone subject to the enterprise zone act of the State of Illinois. Resolution # 2902 –A resolution of the City of Harvey, Cook County, Illinois authorizing a special event Hand’s Across Harvey for the City for Harvey Resolution # 2903 –A resolution establishing an intergovernmental agreement between the County of Cook on behalf of the Cook County Sheriff and the City of Harvey for Police Dispatch Service Resolution # 2904 –A resolution establishing an intergovernmental agreement between the Illinois Office of the Comptroller and the City of Harvey regarding access to the Comptroller’s Local Debt Recovery Program Resolution # 2905 -A resolution entering an agreement with Kane, McKenna and Associates, Inc. for Economic Development Services 6. Old Business: a. Ordinances and Resolutions for the City of Harvey: Ordinance # 3383 – An ordinance amending Title 6 of the Municipal Code of Harvey regulating animals and pets and establishing regulations regarding the same. (Referred to committee July 22, 2019) Ordinance # 3384 – An ordinance making appropriations for corporate purposes for the City of Harvey for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2020. 7.
