This ordinance amends the lease for 160 Driving Academy. Ordinance #____________ An ordinance regarding hotel licenses. This ordinance prohibits renting hotel rooms by the hour or the same room for more than 14 days without a license, requires cooperation with HPD and imposes penalties for violations. Resolution #___________ A resolution requesting Community Development Block Grant funds from Cook County for the fiscal year 2024 Invest in Cook program. This resolution request CDBG funds to assist with funding for the city fire hydrant- replacement project.  4) Resolution #___________ A resolution approving and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the New Metra & Pace Harvey Intermodal Transportation Center. This resolution authorizes the collaboration efforts between Pace, Metra, and Harvey to design and construct a new Metra & Pace Harvey Intermodal Transportation Center. 11.
