This Ordinance confirms the city accepts credit cards for the payment of fees, fines, charges, and all other city obligations and amends the Harvey Code of Ordinances to impose a convenience fee or surcharge to wholly or partially offset, but not to exceed, the amount of any processing fee incurred by the City, up to the maximum of such charges authorized by the Local Government Acceptance of Credit Cards Act.
