This Ordinance amends the Harvey Code of Ordinances to provide a registration fee and a fee to be assessed in all incidents in which the Fire and Police Department respond to a business for a false alarm, as provided in this Ordinance 2) Resolution No. _________: A resolution requesting Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) funds from Cook County for the program year 2025 Invest in Cook Program. This Resolution authorizes the City to request CBDG funds to assist with funding for design improvements to 157th Street.  3) Resolution No. _________: A resolution waiving competitive bidding for demolition costs for the building located at 15222 Loomis Avenue, City of Harvey, Illinois. This Resolution waives competitive bidding for a demolition contract to be awarded for the property located at 15222 Loomis Avenue, City of Harvey, Illinois. 4) Resolution No. _________: A resolution declaring surplus real estate for sale. This resolution makes a declaration that certain real estate properties owned by the City are surplus (of no current/future use to the City), and such properties are available for sale. 9.
