New Business 1) Motion to approve the release and settlement agreement between Linese Greene v. City of Harvey. This motion authorizes the agreed upon settlement for Linese Greene v. City of Harvey (case No.: 2024-L-002992- Claim Number 23G93K828685). 2) Motion to approve the release and settlement agreement between Billups v. City of Harvey. This motion authorizes the agreed upon settlement for Billups v. City of Harvey (case No.: 2024-L- 002992- Claim Number 23G93K828685). 3) Motion to approve the release and settlement agreement between ADT v. City of Harvey. This motion authorizes the agreed upon settlement for ADT v. City of Harvey on behalf of Harvey Pumping station (account # 90053091).  4) Ordinance No. _________: An ordinance establishing fees for zoning clearance reviews and property purchase requests. This ordinance amends the Harvey Code of Ordinances to provide an application fee to recoup costs associated with evaluating applications for Zoning Clearance Authorization and Property Purchase Request per letter of intent. 5) Ordinance No. _________: An ordinance amending title 3 of the City of Harvey municipal code regarding a gas use tax. This ordinance amends Title 3 of the City of Harvey’s Code of Ordinances by revising and re- codifying Ordinance #3262 in its entirety to new Chapter 3-29 entitled “Municipal Gas Use Tax”. 6) Resolution No. _________: A resolution amends Resolution 3096 - A Redevelopment Agreement - J&T Group of Illinois, LLC for a Comprehensive Housing Development Program-Hud Neighborhood Stabilization Program. This Resolution replaces four (4) of the five (5) City owned real estate properties listed in exhibit A and obligates two (2) additional real estate properties that the City owns or may own to the developer known as the J&T Group for redevelopment per the agreed upon terms of resolution #3096 approved December 12, 2024. 6) Resolution No. _________: A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of Cook on behalf of the Cook County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Harvey. This resolution authorizes the Cook County Sheriff’s Office to provide 9-1-1 dispatching/monitoring services to the Harvey Police twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. 7) Resolution No. _________: A resolution approving a Redevelopment Agreement for Blue Crest Estates LLC. This resolution approves a Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Harvey and Blue Crest Estates LLC., for the purpose of rehabilitating blighted property located at 60 E. 155th Street, Harvey, Illinois. 9.
