THIS IS NOT A MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OR BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS. THIS NOTICE IS POSTED IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT IN THE EVENT THAT THE NUMBER OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS OR BOARDS AND COMMISSION MEMBERS AT THE EVENT MAKES THE ACT APPLICABLE.
