Council Member Zermeño will be participating via teleconference. The public will have the opportunity to address the City Council at this teleconference location pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3. All votes during the teleconferencing session will be conducted by roll call vote. The teleconference location will be accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference location 72 hours before the meeting.
