This meeting consists of a tour of the former Route 238 Caltrans parcels the City has acquired for planning and re-sale. The City Council has requested the tour to review the physical conditions of each of the parcel groups 2 through 9 before it starts considering re-use and conceptual development plans in the fall. No action will be taken during this meeting; it is for information gathering only. The itinerary and information on the zoning and sizes of the parcels are included in Attachment I. The overall time allotment for the tour is three hours.
