1873. Chris was presented with a citation and thanked for his generous donation of this historical map
to the town.
Supervisor Gillen asked Councilwoman King Sweeney to lead the assemblage in the Pledge of
Allegiance to our flag.
Supervisor Gillen asked for a moment of silence before the pledge, for some people that we have
recently lost, namely, Senator John McCain; Timothy Malone of Conservation and Waterways and
Eric Rosenblum, former Director of Urban Renewal. Councilmen Dennis Dunne, Bruce Blakeman and
Anthony D'Esposito all said a few words in remembrance.
