Councilwoman Goosby made motion to suspend the rules for the meeting, seconded by Councilman Blakeman. Supervisor Clavin welcomed everyone to the Town Board meeting and due to the COVID -19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Emergency Declaration and Executive Orders as well as the Town's Emergency Declaration this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so.
