SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 27, 2020 The Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, New York, met at the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. POKALSKY, Deputy Town Clerk JOSEPH NOCELLA, Chief of Staff CHARLES KOVIT, Senior Town Attorney JOHN MASTROMARINO, Town Comptroller Supervisor Clavin noted due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Executive Orders, this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so.
