STATED TOWN BOARD MEETING MARCH 23, 2021 The Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, New York, met at the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, I Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. Supervisor Clavin noted due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Executive Orders, this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and transcribed. Public comments for Public Hearings today will allow for in person participation as well as telephonic via "Go to Webinar". Supervisor Clavin asked the Town Clerk to call Item No's: 6 and 44 [Case No. 28235] first and called for a motion to adjourn both items without a future date until further notice.
