STATED TOWN BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 5, 2023 The Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, New York, met at the Town Meeting Pavilion, Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on Tuesday, December 5. 2023 at 10:30 A.M. MACCARONE, Town Attorney JOHN MASTROMARINO, Town Comptroller Supervisor Clavin asked Councilmember Carini to lead the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag. Supervisor Clavin stated that the Town Attorney would like to bring one hearing to attention. Town Attorney Maccarone addressed the Supervisor and members of the Town Board by stating that based upon his discussions with outside counsel, and attorneys for the property owners, he requests the hearing on today's schedule regarding the Capri Hotel, Item No. 28, Case No's 30958 & 30676 be Adjourned for a Hearing Date of January 30, 2024.
