Supervisor Clavin called for a Moment of Silence for Chris Carini. Supervisor Clavin and the Hempstead Town Board appointed Chris Schneider of Seaford to fill a board vacancy today. Mr. Schneider was inunediately sworn in to represent the 5th District.
