Each member of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Advisory Committee will introduce himself/herself for public record. NB-2 ELECTIONS OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR For possible action. RECOMMENDATION: Elect Chair and Vice-Chair The Program Advisory Committee will elect the new committee chair and vice- chair for the 2018-2019 Community Development Block Grant program year. NB-3 PRESENTATION PITTMAN NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PLAN For information only. The Director of Community Development and Services will give a brief summary of the City's Pittman Neighborhood Revitalization Plan. NB-4 STAFF REPORT THE 2015-2019 CONSOLIDATED PLAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES, NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES For possible action. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Staff will give a brief summary of the City's 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan which outlines HUD's requirements and regulations governing the use of CDBG funds and the City's HUD-approved funding priorities for the use of CDBG funds consistent with the Consolidated Plan. CDBG Program Advisory Committee (Cancelled) Page 4 of 5 Wednesday, December 13, 2017 - Agenda NB-5 ANNUAL UPDATE 2017-2018 CDBG PROGRAM SUB-RECIPIENTS For information only. Staff will provide the Program Advisory Committee members with an annual update regarding the status of the sub-recipients' respective projects and programs that received funding awards under the 2017-2018 CDBG Program. NB-6 DISCUSSION APPLICATIONS FOR 2018-2019 PROGRAM YEAR For possible action. RECOMMENDATION: For discussion only. The Program Advisory Committee will discuss materials submitted by applicants for the City's 2018-2019 CDBG program year in preparation for the applicants' respective presentations at subsequent Committee meetings. VI. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
