This meeting is being conducted in conformance with the State of Nevada Executive Department Declaration of Emergency Directive 006, dated March 22, 2020, as extended by Emergency Directive 029, dated July 31, 2020, extending public meeting closures and restrictions for the duration of the current state of emergency, unless terminated by a subsequent directive or by operation of law associated with lifting the Declaration of Emergency. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt CDBG Program Advisory Committee Meeting minutes of October 21, 2020. CDBG Program Advisory Committee Page 3 of 4 Wednesday, December 16, 2020 - Agenda NB-2 SUBRECIPIENT PROGRESS UPDATE FOR PROGRAM YEAR 2019 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Information Only Staff will present the 2019 program year subrecipient program outcomes and accomplishments. NB-3 2021-2022 CDBG APPLICATION SCORING AND PROPOSED FUNDING DISTRIBUTION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approval Staff will review program years 2021-2022 CDBG applications and provide preliminary ranking for Committee discussion and approvals. NB-4 2021-2022 CDBG-CV APPLICATION SCORING AND PROPOSED FUNDING DISTRIBUTION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SERVICES DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approval Staff will review CDBG-CV applications and provide preliminary ranking for Committee discussion and approvals. VI.
