CITY OF HENDERSON CITY COUNCIL MINUTES COMMITTEE MEETING Tuesday, December 6, 2022 I. CALL TO ORDER (Minutes/Discussion) Mayor Debra March called the Committee Meeting to order at 3:45 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 240 South Water Street, Henderson, Nevada 89015. Mayor March said to make it easier for residents to voice their comments, there will be two public comment periods, one at the beginning of the meeting, designated for comments related to items on the agenda, and one at the end of the meeting, for general public comment. Mayor March stated the meeting is being video recorded and streamed live to the Internet and on YouTube. II. CONFIRMATION OF POSTING (Minutes/Discussion) Jose Luis Valdez, City Clerk, confirmed the Committee Meeting had been noticed in compliance with the Nevada Open Meeting Law. III.
