RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal Agreement between the City of Henderson and Clark County, Nevada, allowing the County to include certain real property identified by the County as APNs 191-09-101-001, 191-09-101-004, and 191-090101-005 within Special Improvement District No. 158; to allow the County to construct a portion of the SID project, to assess the property for the design, construction, and construction engineering costs of the SID project; and for the City of Henderson to assume responsibility for any operational maintenance and/or repairs that are necessary to preserve and protect the portion of the SID project to be located within the City.
