RECOMMENDATION: Approve Second Amendment to the January 17, 2012, agreement between the City of Henderson and Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority to increase Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 funding by $886,500.00, which will increase the agreement balance from $875,286.00 to $1,761,786.00, and will help to purchase and rehabilitate seven (7) foreclosed homes that will become rental units and will benefit families below the 50 percent Area Median Income level.
