RECOMMENDATION: Award to Adams Pool Solutions Award the VGB (Virginia Graeme Baker) pool drain replacement renovation project contract to Adams Pool Solutions to remove and replace existing pool drains with VGB-compliant drain covers, in the amount of $56,500.00 and augment the project budget to include $6,000.00 in contingency funds, authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement for the City, and authorize the Director or her designee to execute change orders within the project budget.
