RECOMMENDATION: Approve Request the use of Land Funds to purchase P-25 compliant radio consoles to replace City of Henderson dispatch consoles and 25 handheld radios using a multi-agency group pricing incentive plan from Motorola, and approve the purchase from Motorola, in an amount not-to-exceed $933,151.00, in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(q) "Contracts not Adapted to Award by Competitive Bidding". RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amend the Police Department staff complement and authorize the reduction in force by deleting one (1) Lead Guard Supervisor from 1001-2105, as a result of the outsourcing of the City's crossing guard program approved at the November 4, 2014, City Council meeting. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Henderson Fire Department Standards of Cover dated March 2014, accreditation requirement for Commission Fire Accreditation International (CFAI), outlining the process for a safe and effective response force for the City of Henderson, for fire suppression, emergency medical services, and specialty response situations.
