uphold the Community Development and Services Director’s written
interpretation and determination of zoning compliance for DSA-14-500310.
Appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to uphold the Community
Development and Services Director's written interpretation for Medical
Marijuana Establishment Distance Separation and the determination of zoning
suitability for compliance with Title 19, Medical Marijuana Establishment-
Dispensary, for the proposed location at 1620 West Sunset Road, in the
Whitney Ranch Planning Area.
