LOAN AGREEMENT AND FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROMISSORY NOTE
RELATING TO A LOAN BETWEEN THE CITY OF HENDERSON, NEVADA,
AND CITY OF HENDERSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, NEVADA; AND
MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
