RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal agreement between the City of Henderson and the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) for use of the Water Treatment Plant Building 100, located at 414 Water Street, as an Alternative Department Operations Center (ADOC), and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the interlocal agreement.
