RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Development Services Center Advisory Committee meeting minutes of April 30, 2024. 2 COST OF SERVICES STUDY & DSC FEES BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Information and Discussion Only Christopher Barnes, DSC Manager, or his designee, will review the cost of services study and DSC fees, and Mr. Barnes and a representative from the City’s consultant, Wohlford Consulting, will respond to questions from the Committee members. Development Services Center Advisory Committee Meeting Page 3 of 4 Tuesday, August 13, 2024 - Agenda 3 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER (DSC) QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Information and Discussion Only Christopher Barnes, DSC Manager, or his designee, will review the Development Services Center Quarterly Performance Report and respond to questions from the Committee members. 4 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER (DSC) QUARTERLY FINANCIAL UPDATE BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Information and Discussion Only Maria Gamboa, Director of Finance, or her designee, will provide an update of the Development Services Center's quarterly financials and respond to questions from the Committee members. 5 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER (DSC) ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Christopher Barnes, DSC Manager, or his designee, will discuss with Committee Members the draft Development Services Center (DSC) Advisory Committee Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 required by Henderson Municipal Code 2.50.360.C and seek the Committee’s approval of that annual report. VI. CHAIRMAN\MEMBER COMMENTS The Chairman and Members may speak on any subject under this section of the agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting procedures.
