Maria Gamboa, Director of Finance, or her designee, will provide an update of the Development Services Center's quarterly financials and facilitate a discussion between City staff and the Committee members. 4 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER (DSC) ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Christopher Barnes, DSC Manager, or his designee, will discuss with Committee members the draft Development Services Center Advisory Committee Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 required by Henderson Municipal Code 2.50.360.C, facilitate a discussion between them and City staff, and seek the Committee’s approval of that annual report. 5 DSC INDUSTRY SURVEY BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Information and Discussion Only. Christopher Barnes, DSC Manager, or his designee, will discuss the recent industry survey and how the feedback received will help shape upcoming industry discussions, process improvements, and future priorities and facilitate a discussion between City staff and the Committee members. 6 CITY OF HENDERSON CARBON MONOXIDE BUILDING CODE REGULATIONS BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CENTER For Information Only.
