RECOMMENDATION: N/A Review current expenditure reports. Discuss budget shortfalls and options for increased contributions and revenue for future fiscal years; discuss creating a capital improvement plan to align long-term capital needs with sustainable and effective budgeting for future growth. 4 ALPHA AND BRAVO RANGE REPAIR CITY OF HENDERSON - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Only. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Discuss and approve proposed FY27 Budget Eldorado Valley Regional Training Facility Meeting Page 4 of 5 Thursday, December 18, 2025 - Agenda 6 PROPOSED FREEZES OF RANGE RESERVATION FEE INCREASES FOR SCHEDULED TO TAKE EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2026. CITY OF HENDERSON - POLICE DEPARTMENT CITY OF BOULDER CITY - POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Range fees increased in 2025 from $100.00 per day to $300.00 per day. They are planned to increase again on January 1, 2026, to $500.00 per day. Discussion and report of fee schedules and its direct effect on the quantity of range usage by outside agencies. Discussion on the corresponding effects of reduced usage by outside agencies and how it negatively impacts other Range processes as well. 7 ELDORADO INVENTORY ASSESSMENT CITY OF HENDERSON – POLICE DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Only.
