RECOMMENDATION: Approve The City of Henderson's Public Records Policy has been revised to include updated language identifying the appropriate individuals to determine the disclosure of potentially confidential information. 4 DISCUSSION RECORDS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM UPDATES CITY CLERK'S OFFICE For Information Only. Archives & Records Analyst will provide an update on the Records Assessment program and schedule. 5 RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE 01 CITY-WIDE ADMINISTRATION RETENTION SCHEDULE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Approve updates to the City-Wide Administration retention schedule. 6 RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE 20 DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT CITY CLERK'S OFFICE For Possible Action.
