BASIC ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY LLC REDEVELOPMENT For Information and Discussion Only Third Amendment to the Owner Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") among the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency, The Landwell Company, L.P., and Basic Environmental Company LLC, to amend certain line-item budget amounts on the list of improvements eligible for reimbursement found on Exhibit D of the Agreement, otherwise known as the Master List, without increasing the total maximum amount of potential reimbursement. 3 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY UPDATES REDEVELOPMENT For Information and Discussion Only Project updates and introduction of new Redevelopment Advisory Commission members.
