RECOMMENDATION: Adopt City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency meeting minutes of September 15, 2020. Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting Page 4 of 5 Tuesday, October 20, 2020 - Agenda RDA-2 UPDATE ON THE PAYMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT 18 PERCENT PUBLIC EDUCATION SET-ASIDE FUNDS TO THE CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS LOCATED WITHIN ELIGIBLE REDEVELOPMENT AREAS REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Update on the distribution of the 2019-2020 City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency 18 percent Public Education Set-Aside Funds to the eligible Clark County School District and public charter schools located in or within one (1) mile of the Downtown and Eastside Redevelopment Areas, to assist students in recovering learning losses due to school closures mandated by the State of Nevada in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.
