ATLANTIC AVENUE TO DRAGONHORSE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY CMTS NUMBER(S): N/A REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Public Hearing to receive comments on the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency’s intent to sell approximately 0.16 acres of vacant real property identified as Clark County Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-18-710-039 generally located at 101 W. Atlantic Avenue to Dragonhorse Development, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, for the property’s appraised value of $87,500.00 pursuant to NRS 279.470(4). ATLANTIC AVENUE, TO DRAGONHORSE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY CMTS NUMBER(S): N/A REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Land Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency, Clark County, Nevada, and Dragonhorse Development, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, for the sale of approximately 0.16 acres of real property identified as Clark County Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-18-710-039, generally located at 101 W. Atlantic Avenue, Henderson NV 89015, for the appraised value of $87,500.00 and authorize the Executive Director to execute and deliver all documents to be executed and delivered by the Agency thereunder.
