The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more
agenda items for consideration, remove an item from the agenda, or delay discussion relating
to an item on the agenda at any time.
Public comment will be taken during the designated Public Comment periods and on
Public Hearing items. Individuals will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a
group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor/Chair.
The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory, or repetitive
comments that disrupt, disturb, or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. See
NRS 241.030(4)(a). Examples of disruptive conduct include, without limitation, yelling,
stamping of feet, whistles, applause, heckling, name calling, use of profanity, personal attacks,
intimidation, threats, or any other comments intended to impede the meeting or infringe on the
rights of the Henderson City Council, City staff, or meeting participants.

Public Comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters on

Public Hearing to receive comments on the City of Henderson Redevelopment
Agency’s intent to sell approximately 0.16 acres of vacant real property
identified as Clark County Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-18-710-039 generally
located at 101 W. Atlantic Avenue to Dragonhorse Development, LLC, a
Nevada limited liability company, for the property’s appraised value of
$87,500.00 pursuant to NRS 279.470(4).

Land Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Henderson
Redevelopment Agency, Clark County, Nevada, and Dragonhorse
Development, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, for the sale of
approximately 0.16 acres of real property identified as Clark County Assessor’s
Parcel Number 179-18-710-039, generally located at 101 W. Atlantic Avenue,
Henderson NV 89015, for the appraised value of $87,500.00 and authorize the
Executive Director to execute and deliver all documents to be executed and
delivered by the Agency thereunder.
