RECOMMENDATION: Approve An Amended and Restated Funding Agreement between the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency and the City of Henderson to fund construction costs associated with a new Early Childhood Education Center, located on Clark County Assessor’s Parcel Number 179-06-513-004, generally located at the southeast corner of Black Palace Street and Scarhill Track Avenue, in the Eastside Redevelopment Area, in an amount not to exceed $21,500,000.00. Strategic Priority: Quality Education 3 AGREEMENT FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, INC., GROW AMERICA FUNDING SOURCE: REDEVELOPMENT CMTS NUMBER(S): 28953 REDEVELOPMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Contract between The City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) and The National Council for Community Development, Inc., Grow America (Grow America) in an annual amount of $63,600.00, and authorize the Executive Director, or her designee, to execute subsequent extensions and amendments. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Submission of Redevelopment Agency Annual Audited Financial Statements – Fiscal Year 2024-2025 and Audit Governance Letter.
